My siblings and I went to Batangas early this month to get a break from the Christmas craze and the bustling city of Manila. It was a fun day, we got to fly kites, play with my niece's adorable dog, as well as continue reading the first book of a good series entitled, The Wheel of Time. Of course, I didn't miss the chance to take my camera out on an adventure. I think it was probably the second reason as to why I crawled out of my rock, er, room. I haven't shot landscapes in awhile and I know the beach is the perfect place for more practice.
The weather was perfect - except for the visible clouds which stopped me from seeing the sun set. It was also really windy as well. There were only a few people, mostly couples, at the beach with us.
Reading that book was such a journey in itself.
Meet Frowie, my niece's dog. Hehe.
Lately, I've been trying out and have been experimenting on HDRs. Some turned out better than I thought it would.
And, lastly, my favourite shot of the day. A beach version of The Beatle's iconic photo.
